Added documentation link for the SiC mod for anyone who wants to read about it before
downloading it. Also added a new version of the Power Item Mod in the links
below. I plan to begin work soon on the patch 1.10 version of Sanctuary
in Chaos. Bear with me on this. Life has been pretty brutal lately.

I'm officially beginning the process of separating this site from my new Sanctum Arcanum site, hosted 
through Phrozen Keep at Planet Diablo. This site will be hosted as part of my new Charsi's Forge 
site, which is affiliated with Phrozen Keep, and will continue to house my SiC mod and any 
other older mods of mine. The Sanctum Arcanum site, which at the moment looks a lot
like this one, will get a renovation and will be devoted primarily to my upcoming
Rise of the Old Gods mod (that site will have links to my SiC mod stuff, too).

If a download link returns a page error to you, simply click on the 
download button in the file center again. Usually, it will 
connect properly the second time if it failed the first
